The agreement in plain words. If anything here is unclear, ask before ordering.
The subscription
A subscription is sold for a fixed term — for example 55.99 EUR for 12 months of Basic — and is renewable by agreement rather than automatically.
Access details are personal to the account holder and may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed.
Simultaneous streams
The plan sets a limit: 2 on Basic, up to 5 on Premium. Exceeding it stops an additional stream rather than ending the subscription.
Content availability
Channel and content availability depends on licensing and may change during the term. Nothing on this site promises a specific competition, package or broadcaster. Broadcasting rights are divided between different rights holders and vary by country and by season.
Intended use
The service is supplied for private household viewing in South Africa. It is not supplied for public exhibition or commercial rebroadcast.
Setup help
Included on both plans. It covers configuring a supported device and does not extend to repairing third-party hardware or your local network. Where a local network fault prevents playback, the remedy is diagnostic help, because the subscription itself is unaffected.
