Frequently asked questions
The questions we are actually asked, answered with the same figures used everywhere else on this site.
How many people can watch at the same time?
That depends on the plan rather than on the number of devices you own. Basic allows two simultaneous streams and Premium allows up to five. A device that is switched on but idle does not use a stream, although a device left paused part-way through a programme often does.
How much internet speed do I actually need?
Plan on roughly 5 Mbps for each HD stream, 8 to 12 Mbps for each Full HD stream, and about 25 Mbps for each 4K stream. Those figures are per stream, not per household, so two Full HD screens running together need somewhere around 16 to 24 Mbps between them before anything else in the house is counted.
Which devices are supported?
The supported device types are: Android TV, Smart TV, Firestick, MAG, Windows, macOS, Android Phone, iPhone / iPad, Apple TV, Chromecast, Enigma2, Formuler, Other. The device already connected to your screen is usually the right choice, because it keeps the picture path short. If you are replacing hardware anyway, a model with a wired network port removes a whole category of problem in one step.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic covers HD and Full HD with two simultaneous streams. Premium covers 4K and Full HD, adds priority servers, and allows up to five simultaneous streams. Both include the EPG programme guide and help during setup, so the choice is about stream count and picture quality rather than about features being withheld.
Does a longer term reduce the price?
Yes, and that is the only way the price changes. Basic at 1 month is 13.99 EUR, which is 13.99 EUR per month. Basic at 36 months is 139.99 EUR, which works out at 3.89 EUR per month. Shorter terms cost more per month and commit less.
Which channels are included?
Broadcasting rights are divided between different rights holders and vary by country and by season, so a licensed service carries only the content it is licensed to carry. That is why this site names no competition, package or broadcaster. Ask us about current availability for South Africa before ordering rather than relying on a list published elsewhere.
The picture drops in the evening but not during the day. Why?
That pattern points at bandwidth rather than at the plan or the device. Local networks and shared connections are busiest in the evening, so the same house that streams comfortably at noon can struggle later. Test the same channel for ten minutes at both times and compare, then try a wired run to the main screen before changing anything else.
How do I get help if setup does not go smoothly?
Setup help is included on both plans and is reached on WhatsApp at +33 7 56 75 79 66. Have the device model, the connection type and the exact time the problem appeared ready before you write. Saying what you already tried removes the obvious suggestions from the conversation.
