Broadcasting rights are divided between different rights holders and vary by country and by season, so a licensed service carries only the content it is licensed to carry. That pattern points at bandwidth rather than at the plan or the device. Local networks and shared connections are busiest in the evening, so the same house that streams comfortably at noon can struggle later.
